Tchouky

The official mascot of your favourite annual Tchoukball event is Tchouky. This Mascotte was created with the aim of highlighting the Tchoukball Geneva Indoors (TGI), but also the Tchouckball, whose TGI are the main showcase.

Tchouky is above all a mascot in the image of his sport. If we describe Tchouky physically, it is a dog, more precisely a St-Bernard, equipped with a tchoukball outfit in the colors of the TGI. Tchouky was chosen because he perfectly transmitted the values of tchoukball, a sport that forbids aggressiveness and anti-game. Indeed, the St-Bernard is a dog that wants to be friendly, reliable and gentle. It is also necessary to put forward the fact that the St-Bernard as well as the Tchoukball are native of Switzerland.

Recruited by Daniel Buschbeck in 2017, Tchouky made his first appearance at the TGI that same year.

Tchouky has a double mission:

• First of all, he is one of the great promoters of the event. He participates in the communication on the social networks through posts before the TGI. He is also present at events taking place before the TGI in order to make the public want to attend, but he also goes around Geneva to promote the TGI.
• In a second time, he is also in charge of a part of the animation during the TGI. Indeed, he is in charge of entertaining the public and the juniors until the prize-giving.
