Tchoukball Geneva Indoors: 11-21.12.2025

18 countries, 35 national teams, over 150 junior teams, 70 adult teams

Registration (except for school tournaments) closed yesterday and participation is set to reach record levels!

This year’s event is breaking all records in terms of participation, but especially in terms of where the teams are coming from. Here’s a quick tour round the world:

Asia:

The Hong Kong juniors continue to come as they have done in the last years, and a women’s team is joining the Nations Cup for the first time. Singapore is bringing us the largest delegation of all. While the women’s team came last year, there are this year teams in all categories of the Nations Cup, as well as in the junior and popular categories.

Africa:

Three countries are expected to attend: Cameroon, Kenya and Tunisia. The first two have already sent volunteers in the past to help organise the Geneva Indoors. Tunisia has been a regular participant for many years, this year with a women’s team in the Nations Cup.

Americas:

The Canadian team is back for the second year in a row. The big news this year is the participation of three (!) Latin American countries: Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay are all sending women’s teams. What had been a dream of the organisers for many years has now become a reality!

Europe:

Closer to home, less exotic, but for the most part very loyal, European participants are the pillars of Tchoukball Geneva Indoors: long-standing countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Italy, which has dominated in recent years. But also countries where tchoukball is growing in popularity. This group includes Spain, Hungary and Poland. And finally, Denmark is participating for the first time. The Swiss teams, hosts of these competitions, will therefore welcome and meet teams, some of which are travelling a very long way to participate in Tchoukball Geneva Indoors in Geneva, the city where tchoukball was created more than 50 years ago.Registration (except for school tournaments) closed yesterday and participation is set to reach record levels!tchoukball is growing in popularity.
