In 2016 we are able to celebrate the 20th edition because one of us decided to organise the first tournament in Geneva in 1997. At the first edition the event was a tournament for local clubs and adults only. From that moment on, Daniel Buschbeck, tournament director and driving force behind the Tchoukball Geneva Indoors, has year after year added new elements, ensuring that the quality of tournament not only keeps up to the highest standards, but more importantly constantly continues to develop.
This strive for improvement is paying off. Today the organisation committee is proud of what the Tchoukball Geneva Indoors is: an international 1st class indoor tchoukball tournament, which offers all players, at all age and all level of play the opportunity to participate in one of the many tournament categories which best fits them. From the juniors U10 who discover their very first tchoukball event, to the top nations participating at the Nations Cup. During the 8 tournament days in December about 1000 players join us in Geneva. For competition, for sharing their love for our sport and for getting together.
